My series Shattered Poems was initially inspired by a verse from all Persian poets and later evolved to a form of visual poetry. As I analyzed words and then individual letters, I became fascinated by the beauty of its form. The letters move on my canvas created a deeper shape that seem to have its own dialogue. Here the emphasis is on the emotion the shapes can create rather than the verbal context hence the pieces become more universal.
